How To Use
- Show Mobile Ticket for redemption: Ticketing counter
- Your booking is confirmed. Final Ticket will be sent to you separately. Please present either mobile or printed Final Ticket for redemption.
Terms & Conditions
- The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
- Children at height 90 cm and below are not charged, no activities to play
- Children aged 0-18 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Wheel-chair-bound visitors are free of charge
- A Liability Waiver is required to be filled up and signed by an adult (aged 18+)
- Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance
- The minimum height for rides are 90 cm
- Minimum weight: 15 kg, Maximum weight is at 120 kg (80 kg for roller glider)
- Guests with a body temperature exceeding 37.5°C will not be allowed to enter the park
- OKU guests are required to pay MYR 20.00 at the ticketing counter for admission. Please ensure that the OKU card is presented during the date of visiting
- No slippers are allowed for participation (Sports shoes are COMPULSORY for active tickets)
- This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors
- This activity is not stroller-friendly
